The site is operated by Datum Advisory LLC, incorporated in Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

You may view and read site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to pages on the site. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Publications, research, commentary and other materials on the site are provided for general informational purposes only. Use of the site does not create a client, advisory or professional relationship with Datum Advisory.

Unless stated otherwise, Datum Advisory LLC owns or controls the intellectual property in the site and its content, including text, graphics, layout, publications, research, commentary, observations, data compilations and underlying materials.

All rights are reserved in our methodologies, analytical frameworks, scoring systems, taxonomies, models and classifications, whether or not fully described on the site.

You must not copy, scrape, crawl, bulk-extract, frame, mirror, redistribute, commercially republish, or otherwise reuse site content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written consent.

You must not use site content to train, fine-tune or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or for any similar automated extraction or derivation, without our written permission.

We aim to keep the site available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, Datum Advisory LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or reliance on its content, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability is not excluded, our total liability to you in connection with the site in any twelve-month period is limited to AED 1,000, except where a higher minimum applies under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Datum Advisory LLC against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
